The Local Technician Alliance (LTA) is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Appliance Repair Technicians. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Miele equipment at customer locations using factory training, service manuals, and specialized tools.

• Perform level and adjustment tasks on equipment, including plumbing, gas, and electrical connections.

• Install appliances and educate customers on their proper usage.

• Maintain company-provided vehicle and ensure it is stocked with necessary tools and equipment.

• Complete service calls and warranty documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

• Manage parts inventory by ordering replacements as needed and conducting regular inventories.

• Keep the delivery truck safe and operational.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel locally on a daily basis.

• Possession of a valid driver's license is a must.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well in a team.

• Self-motivated with a customer-oriented mindset.

Working Conditions:

• Work primarily in customers' homes, with occasional exposure to varying environmental conditions.

• May encounter slippery or uneven surfaces and occasional exposure to dust, gas, or chemicals.

• Physical requirements include lifting and carrying objects up to 100+ pounds occasionally.
